What is the cost of data provision to us?
How can we get regular updated site information?
If the e-mail address you originally quoted on the site is not that of your appointed site administrator for your company (i.e. it is ONLY a marketing/sales e-mail) then please get your administrator to email our 24hrs technical support (info@databasewebsites.co.uk) with the following details;
Company name; your postcode: full name of administrator; his/her e-mail address.....and your name and telephone number.
You can now also give us this information live on the website.

How will the data be available to Subscribers?
Subscribers are able to enter search criteria to produce a short list of Providers meeting their requirements. This search will result in reports coming onto the screen according to the criteria selected. Demos of some of these are available to be printed by entering the appropriate section on the homepage. Subscribers will also have the means to interrogate fully, the data file for any Provider(s) that he selects from the short list in the reports, merely by clicking on the selected Provider.

Is it essential to enter data on all topics?
It is acceptable to input only the items marked with a '*' and add other data at a later stage. However, if data are omitted, at worst, this will mean EXCLUSION from the Subscriber's report and at best, it will NOT provide all the data that he is looking for. In short, complete answers to all questions in the database will result in better exposure to the Subscribers' search

May we see the Agreement before submitting data?
A Providers Agreement was mailed out to our mailing list. For Providers entering in the future the Agreement is available and may be printed live from the Website as an alternative to the printed version.Please go in as a 'NEW PROVIDER' to find it. Please read it, then tick the box that confirms to us that you agree to it. After you can continue to enter your data for the first time.
You will receive your username and password after you have ticked the contract agreement box and continued to access and enter as much or as little of your data as you are able to the first time you access the site.

What do I do when I receive my ID and password?
When you receive them (both will be the same) please go to the www.ssas.co.uk website, then login. Recheck your data, and add any data you may not have completed the first time. Please note the following section re ‘New Data’ below. Before leaving the site you must change your password to a unique one that only you know and remember. What is the cost of data provision to us?
There is no cost to the provision of your data,if you enter your data yourself. You can enter and amend your data at any time of the day or night.If you want us to enter your data for you, because maybe you do not have an internet connection, then the charge will be £25, and you will have to return the screen prints we have sent you, fully filled in.
There will be a cost if you would like to advertise on our site or become a sponsor with us.
